The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) is a Dutch government scholarship programme that offers professionals from eligible countries including Malawi the opportunity to pursue short courses and tailor-made training programmes at Dutch institutions, or in some cases full Master's degree programmes in the Netherlands. The programme prioritises development-relevant fields and targets mid-career professionals working in sectors critical to their country's development. Fields supported include water management, agriculture, food security, health, education, governance, and private sector development. The scholarship covers: tuition fees, international travel, visa costs, accommodation, living allowance, and health insurance. Type: Fully Funded Short Courses / Master's Degree — Netherlands Experience & Qualifications: Must be a citizen and resident of an OKP-eligible country (Malawi qualifies). Must be employed in a relevant sector and have employer support. Must hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master's programmes) or relevant professional qualifications. Minimum 2–3 years relevant work experience. Strong English language proficiency. Priority given to women and professionals working in development-priority sectors.
