Your Role We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Mental Health Tech Investment Associate. As the second hire supporting this new fund mandate, you will play a pivotal role in building a global, family- backed specialist impact fund focused on digital solutions for mental and brain health, through direct early-stage VC investments and hands-on go-to-market support.
Key Responsibilities • Venture capital investing: Participate in all aspects of the deal-making process, including sourcing, due diligence (financial, market and impact analysis), contract negotiation, and industry deep dives. • Portfolio management: Monitor the activities and performance of portfolio companies, support their growth and development, help represent the Fund on portfolio company boards, and prepare internal reporting. • Network building: Build and maintain relationships with relevant entrepreneurs, co-investors, go-to-market partners, and advisors. Represent the Fund at conferences and events, and support internal fund meetings and reporting.

Drive: A clear and demonstrated interest in mental healthcare and digital technology. • Education: A strong academic background in medicine, health-related sciences, computer science, or business. • Professional experience: Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in a PE/VC-backed company environment, whether in an investment or entrepreneurial role. • Industry knowledge: Good knowledge of the mental healthcare and/or digital sector is preferred. • Analytical Strength: Strong analytical skills and business acumen. • Spirit: A team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic. • Alignment with our values: Joy, impact, excellence, and independence. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is highly preferred.
