Recruitment Notice 1. Brewing & Production Manager

We are seeking a Brewing & Production Manager to lead the establishment and operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Management of alcohol production and fermentation processes
Overall production management from raw material intake to final product shipment
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as staff management and training
Qualifications

Basic understanding of fermentation processes or similar production processes (food, beverage, etc.)
Hands-on experience in production environments such as alcoholic beverages, beverages, or food manufacturing
Knowledge of traditional Korean alcohol production methods
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer documentation work
Ability to manage production staff and production schedules

Essential Requirements

Strong willingness to learn and self-develop
Proactive attitude and leadership with a positive mindset
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
Ability to work collaboratively with persons with disabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Majors related to brewing, food science, microbiology, biochemistry, or chemical engineerng
Experience in fermentation processes and quality control (QC)
Experience in microbiological testing or laboratory-based quality control work
