DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

The three position is tenable at the MBC Head Office in Blantyre on a three (3)-year employment contract. These are highly demanding executive roles requiring individuals with proven leadership capacity and the ability to drive operational excellence, institutional transformation, sound human resource management, and administrative innovation aimed at positioning MBC as a rejuvenated, vibrant, and competitive public service broadcaster. Job Purpose To lead technical teams, manage infrastructure, ensure 24/7 reliability of TV and radio signals and ICT systems, ensure FCC compliance, lead strategic technical upgrades, and oversee maintenance of the Engineering directorate.
