About Kameza Private Clinic Kameza Private Clinic is a wholly owned health service enterprise of MACRO established to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare services to the public while contributing to the organization’s long-term sustainability. The Clinic delivers a range of clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic services and serves as part of MACRO’s resource mobilization and social enterprise strategy to support its mission of improving the health and wellbeing of Malawians. MACRO invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions under Kameza Private Clinic Job Title: Lab Assistant Reports to: Clinic Incharge Location: Blantyre About the Role: The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for conducting routine laboratory investigations, collecting and processing specimens, maintaining laboratory records, ensuring quality control procedures are followed, and supporting clinicians with timely and accurate laboratory results. The incumbent will actively participate in laboratory testing, quality assurance activities, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and implementation of laboratory safety standards.
