United Civil Servants SACCO is conducting walk-in interviews for the positions of Loan Officers and Sales Representatives across multiple districts in Malawi. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, results-driven individuals to join a fast-growing savings and credit cooperative serving civil servants across the country. Positions are available in the following locations: Mangochi & Balaka Zomba & Liwonde Thyolo & Mulanje Dedza & Ntcheu Key responsibilities include: Process and evaluate loan applications from SACCO members Conduct credit assessments and due diligence on loan applicants Build and maintain relationships with existing and new SACCO members Market SACCO products and services to civil servants in assigned districts Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement and savings mobilisation targets Ensure loan repayment monitoring and follow-up with defaulters
