The organization works with smallholder farmers by providing access to farm inputs, training, markets, processing, and distribution to improve farmer incomes and food security. ⸻ Job Overview GGEM Farming is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead to strengthen data systems, track organizational impact, and support evidence-based decision-making.
