VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ Chibuku Products Limited (CPL) POSITION: PRODUCTION CONTROLLERS Location: Blantyre, Lilongwe & Mzuzu OVERVIEW Chibuku Products Limited (CPL), Malawis leading manufacturer and distributor of opaque beer brands Chibuku Shake-Shake, Chibuku Super, and non-alcoholic beverages including Maheu Super, invites applications from results-driven, passionate, and self-motivated Malawians (men and women) to fill the following positions across our brewery network. PRODUCTION CONTROLLERS Duty Stations: Blantyre, Lilongwe & Mzuzu Reporting to: Production Manager Role Summary Production Controllers are responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and control of production and packaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing in accordance with brewery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. The role involves supervising production staff, monitoring output and quality, reconciling raw materials and packaging materials, controlling stock movements, enforcing safety and discipline, and ensuring accurate reporting in a high-pressure production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality, minimizing losses, controlling costs, and supporting continuous and uninterrupted production operations. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Strong leadership, analytical, and people-management skills Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and under pressure Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Syspro knowledge an added advantage.
