Systems Administration Officer

Credit Data CRB invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Systems Administration Officer. The role is based in Malawi and reports to the IT Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. Key responsibilities include: Install, configure and maintain servers, operating systems and network infrastructure Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT systems Manage user accounts, access controls and security protocols Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning Support implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
