POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER / CAMPUS LEADER – BLANTYRE CAMPUS
📍 Location: Blantyre 📍 Reports To: Managing Director 📍 Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent after 6 months probation)

Luso Technical College is restructuring its Blantyre Campus and is looking for a results-driven leader to manage operations, teach professional courses, and help grow the institution into a leading education brand.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized institution • At least 4 years’ experience in education management, banking, administration, or business operations • Ability to teach professional courses including Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management, and Human Resource Management • Experience implementing operational systems, fees tracking, reporting systems, and MACRA/TEVETA compliance processes • Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and public speaking skills • Professional conduct, integrity, punctuality, and smart appearance • Computer proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and student management systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily operations of the Blantyre Campus including staff supervision, discipline, fee collection, and reporting • Teach Business and Professional courses for a minimum of 25 hours per week • Drive student recruitment, marketing campaigns, school outreach, social media engagement, and parent relations • Ensure full MACRA and TEVETA compliance while improving academic performance and pass rates • Improve administrative systems, financial reporting, and lecturer performance monitoring
