POSITION: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Times Capital Finance Limited (TCF) is a subsidiary of The Times Group operating as a non-deposit taking microfinance institution that provides financial services to low-income individuals and small businesses across Malawi.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Personal Assistant will report directly to the CEO and provide executive administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to ensure efficient operations within the CEO’s office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive documents • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements • Maintain confidential records and follow up on CEO directives and action points • Support communication between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders • Ensure professionalism and efficiency in all administrative operations within the CEO’s office
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in financial services or microfinance sector • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
