Lindian Resources Mining Ltd is expanding operations at Kangankunde Mine and as we advance through construction, commissioning, and operations, we are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the position of Health & Safety Officer. Role Summary The Health & Safety Officer will provide frontline safety supervision across construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, proactive risk management, and the consistent application of safe work practices across all contractors and work fronts. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Support hazard identification (HIRA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) Monitor and enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe work practices Participate in incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions Deliver safety inductions, toolboxes, and awareness campaigns Support emergency preparedness activities and inspections Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and KPI tracking Application Process   Submit applications (Cover letter and CV) clearly indicating the position applied for.
