Women in Global Health Leadership Fellowship 2026–2027

The Women in Global Health Leadership Fellowship supports African women working in global health to strengthen leadership, policy influence, visibility and gender equity work in health systems. This fellowship is open to women professionals across Africa including Malawi who are working to advance gender equity and women's leadership within health systems and global health institutions. Ramsey Solutions The fellowship provides: Leadership training and mentorship Networking with global health leaders Platform to amplify policy influence and visibility Access to a global network of women in global health Experience & Qualifications: Must identify as a woman working in global health in Africa Demonstrated experience in global health, public health or health policy Track record of leadership or advocacy in gender equity in health Strong commitment to advancing women's leadership in health systems Malawian nationals working in health are encouraged to apply
