Cash Management: Handle daily treasury requisitions, surrenders, and meticulous sorting of cash.
Transaction Processing: Receive cash/cheque deposits and process withdrawals for members with 100% accuracy in verification and documentation.
Member Service: Provide high-quality, professional service to members, including handling inquiries and providing "small change" services.
Sales & Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities and leads to support savings and loan book growth.
Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry and assist in updating member records within the system. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Education: Diploma in a Business-related field. • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a financial or similar environment. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and data entry. • Experience in SACCO industry with prior knowledge of Fin Financials is a plus.
MEMBER CONSULTANT (2 POSITIONS) DWASCO SACCO is looking for vibrant, member-focused individuals to fill the role of Member Consultant across our various branches. This is a pivotal role designed to drive membership growth, enhance service delivery, and support the financial well-being of our community through professional consultancy and efficient transaction handling. PRIMARY PURPOSE To provide high-quality service and reliable financial guidance that promotes the Sacco’s business objectives while improving the socio-economic status of our members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Member Service & Transactions: Facilitate seamless deposits and withdrawals; manage member inquiries with professionalism both in-person and via telephone.
Growth & Marketing: Actively recruit and retain members; identify cross-selling opportunities for Sacco products to grow the savings and loan portfolios.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine feedback procedures to improve the member experience; provide management with insights on service enhancements.

JOB PURPOSE Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Officer will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of financial, human resource, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, maintain robust internal controls, and support the management team in delivering timely financial information for strategic decision-making. PRIMARY PURPOSE The ICT & Digital Strategy Officer is responsible for the integrity and performance of all SACCO information systems. The role involves managing the LAN/WAN, ensuring 99.9% system uptime, and leading the SACCO's digital transformation through data analytics and online member engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Maintain 99.9% uptime for networks, servers, and core banking systems. 3.Lead the setup and installation of technical systems across the branch network.

Digital Marketing & Visibility
