Makono Real Estate & Property Management Ltd Makono Real Estate & Property Management Ltd, a rapidly growing real estate development and construction company in Malawi, is expanding its operations and project portfolio across the country. As part of this growth, we are seeking skilled, dedicated, and highly motivated artisans to join our professional construction team. We are inviting applications for multiple positions in the following trades:

Available Positions Bricklayers Welders / Metal Fabricators Plumbers Electricians Woodworkers / Carpenters

Duty Stations Successful candidates may be deployed to project sites in: Lilongwe | Blantyre | Zomba | Mzuzu | Mozambique | Zambia

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) TEVET Certificate in the relevant trade

Proven practical skills and ability to work in construction environments Strong commitment to quality workmanship, discipline, and teamwork Ability to follow construction standards and site safety procedures

Added Advantage: Candidates who possess a valid driver’s licence and/or a valid passport will have an added advantage.
