AI-Generated Responses: Our AI provides information based on available data. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting appropriate professionals.

User-Submitted Content: Contributors and partners retain ownership of their content but grant Mthandizi a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are billed according to the plan selected. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mthandizi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
